Pricing
Repair & Maintenance Service $90 per hour
Minimum one hour and charged in half hour blocks there after. We offer a no fix – no pay service.
The repair & maintenance service can involve a variety of tasks including:
- General Troubleshooting
- Hardware repairs
- Software installation/updates
- Antivirus scans
- Printer setup
- Computer setup and training
- Clean up of taskbar
- Start up optimisation
Travel time is not charged within the postcodes of: 3104, 3105, 3106, 3107, 3108 and 3109.

We currently do not service PCs outside of the above postcodes.

We specialise in converting your old VHS tapes, MiniDV, Digital8, Video8 and Hi8 Cassettes, VHS-C and DVDs into high quality digital files.
Whether it’s home videos, family recordings, or special moments stored on outdated formats, we make it easy to enjoy and share them again on modern devices.
Your memories are carefully handled and returned in digital format via USB.

How It Works

If you are located within these postcodes: 3104, 3105, 3106, 3107, 3108, 3109, we offer a free pickup service.
We’ll collect your tapes directly from you.
Once digitising has been completed, we’ll drop off your tapes and digital files to you at your address.
Payment will be required upon delivery. We accept payment from all Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay and eftpos transactions. We also accept cash.
There is a minimum order of $90 (Including 64GB USB Drive).
To arrange collection please contact us.
Postage Service
If you’re outside the above postcodes we ask that you bundle your tapes into a package and post your package to us at the address below.

Photo Scanning
We offer high quality photo scanning services designed to preserve your most important memories in a safe, digital format. Whether you have old family photos, albums, or individual prints, we carefully scan each image to ensure accurate color, clarity, and detail.
Our process helps protect fading, and deterioration over time, giving you peace of mind and the convenience of having your memories easily accessible on your computer, phone, or cloud storage.
We can also provide slide scans. Details are available upon request.
